Information you send us

The quote-request form collects your company name, your name and your business email address. You may also provide a phone number, container type, pallet count, description of the issue, requested deadline and urgency.

We use this information to understand your lot, contact you and prepare a response or quote. Required fields have an asterisk. The form asks for your agreement to this use; it does not subscribe you to advertising. Please leave out sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Delivery and technical information

Submitting the form sends the information by email to recipients designated by Groupe Benji. The email also includes the submission date and the IP address associated with the request. The website does not save the form contents to a website database.

To limit abusive submissions, the server uses an identifier calculated from the IP address and a timestamp in a temporary file. The one-minute interval between requests is a sending limit, not a guaranteed deletion period for that file. Website hosting may also generate technical connection and security logs.

If you choose “prepare an email,” your email application opens with the information you entered. You then decide whether to send it.

People and services involved

The information is intended for the people at Groupe Benji who handle your request. Website hosting and email services are involved in its transmission or storage. Depending on where these services operate, information may be processed outside Québec. You can ask the privacy contact for details about the providers and processing locations that apply to your request.

Retention and protection

Submitted information may remain in the company’s email system and records associated with your request. Retention depends on the request, the business relationship and applicable obligations. To learn the period applicable to your information, or to request deletion where permitted by law, contact the person responsible below.

The form includes validation and measures to limit abusive submissions. The company and its service providers manage access to email, backups and logs. Removing a browser preference does not delete a request that has already been sent.

Cookies and browser storage

This website includes no advertising, profiling or audience-analytics tools. Fonts, images and videos are hosted with the website; the map is an integrated visual and does not load an external mapping service.

The “Manage cookies” panel lets you choose to remember the displayed setting on this device. It uses browser local storage, rather than a cookie sent to the server. This preference contains neither your name nor form information and is not used to track your browsing.

The website works the same way without saving this preference. A saved preference remains in this browser until you reset it in the panel or clear the site’s browser data. Saving the setting does not activate any optional tools.

Your rights and requests

You can request access to or correction of your information in writing. Where legal conditions apply, you can also request your information in a structured, commonly used technological format. You may withdraw consent to its use or disclosure, subject to legal obligations; doing so may limit our ability to continue handling your request.

Changes to this policy

Changes will appear on this page with an updated date. If tracking tools or new uses of information are introduced, the information and choices presented will be updated before activation where consent is required.
