What happens, in order.
Step by step, from the first call to the keys. One contact person from start to finish.
You write to us
Form, email, text or call. Tell us your trade, your city and what you already have: logo, photos, current website. Even if it’s nothing.
We talk for twenty minutes
By phone or video call, at a time that suits you, every day from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. We ask the questions; you have nothing to prepare.
You get the price in writing
The package, what’s included, the amount plus taxes and the dates. Nothing starts before you say yes. At signing: 50% of the amount, and the list of material to provide.
You send your material
The list is short: 10 to 20 photos of your work, your place or your products, your logo if you have one, your services and your cities, access to your domain if you already have one. The clock starts once everything is received. No photos? We start with royalty-free photos.
We build in ten business days
Texts, design, phone version, English version when it’s included. You see the website before anyone else, on your own phone.
You approve, we adjust
A colour, a sentence, a photo: we correct until it feels like you. You pay the 50% balance, then we go live.
We hand you the keys
Files, access, domain in your name. The website is paid for, it’s yours. The first year of Web Care starts that day: hosting, security and backups included. After that, it’s your choice.

It’s written here so it’s clear before we even talk. It’s also what we promised our first clients, and what we did.
No office tower in your bill either: we work from Montréal, we meet by video call, and we come to you if you prefer.
- The domain name is registered in your name, not ours.
- The website files are handed to you at launch. You can host them wherever you want.
- Your accounts (Google, email, domain) are in your name. We work in them with your permission.
- The first year of Web Care is included. After that, you keep it (12-month contract, posted prices) or you leave with your files.
- If you leave, you leave with everything. We don’t keep anything, we don’t lock anything.

Your photos
Ten to twenty photos taken with your phone: your salon, your office, your finished work, your team, your products. We choose, crop and fix the lighting. No photos? We start with royalty-free photos and add the real ones later.
Your words
No texts to write. You tell us about your services, your cities and what sets you apart during the call; we write, you correct.
Your access
Your domain name and your Google Business Profile, if they already exist. If not, we create them in your name, with you.

Will the domain name be in my name?
If not, your web address belongs to someone else. The day you leave, it stays with them.
Do I get the website files?
A website you don’t have the files for isn’t yours. It’s a subscription.
What does it cost in total for the first year?
Design, hosting, domain, email, changes. Ask for the full figure, not the teaser price.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly fee?
If the website disappears, you never owned it.
How long, and starting when?
A timeline that starts at signing and a timeline that starts when the photos arrive are not the same timeline.
Who writes the texts?
If it’s you, plan on your evenings. If it’s them, ask to read one.
Can I see it on my phone before it goes live?
That’s where your customers will see it. That’s where it needs to be approved.
Will my city and my services be spelled out?
It’s the basis for showing up on Google and being cited by AI assistants. Not an option.
Do you guarantee a position on Google?
If the answer is yes, be wary. Nobody controls Google.
Who do I reach when something doesn’t work?
A name and a number, not a support ticket form.
Before we talk.
How much do I pay up front?
50% at signing, 50% before the site goes live. For example, for Showcase: $400 at the start and $400 before the site goes live, plus taxes. The amount and the dates are written in the proposal before you agree.
I already have a domain name and a website.
We keep them. Your domain stays in your name, we point it to the new website on launch day, and the old addresses are redirected so you don’t lose what Google already knows about you.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. Everything is done by phone, video call and text, on your schedule. If you’d rather have a coffee at your office or your shop, we’ll come to you: we’re in Montréal, and the South Shore, Laval and the surrounding suburbs are close by.
And after launch?
The first year of Web Care is included: hosting, domain, security and backups. It starts the day the site goes live. After that, you keep the included plan, move up to a bigger one, or we hand you your files.
