Web Care means we keep your site online, secure and up to date while you take care of your clients. Hosted in Québec, in Montréal. The first year is included with every package and starts the day your site goes live.

12-month contract, billed monthly. Prices before taxes. Change time is counted per year and does not carry over. After the first year, you keep the included plan or move up to a bigger one. If you leave, the site stays yours and we hand you your files.
Would you rather host it yourself?
That’s possible after the first year. We hand you your files; you choose your host, and your domain stays in your name. Hosting, the SSL certificate, backups, changes and technical follow-up then become your responsibility. We’re still here to help, at the hourly rate.
Ad campaigns.
We set up and manage your ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. You pay your ad budget yourself, directly to Google or Meta, in an account in your name.
Three months minimum. No guaranteed results: we promise the work, the follow-up and a report every month. Prices apply to an ad budget of up to $2,000 a month (above that, custom pricing). Campaigns require the Growth plan ($109 a month) and the consent banner (Law 25), details on the call.

I’m just starting out. Do I need everything?
No. Start with what will help your first customers understand your trade and reach you. Tell us where you’re at; we’ll help you pick a realistic first step.
Something a little more specific in mind?
Online store, online payment, booking, calendar, automation, connection to your software or additional languages: we define the right scope together. The price, the timeline and the deliverables are written in the proposal before you say yes.
Do I need to have my texts and photos ready?
No. We write the texts from what you tell us. Send us what you already have; we’ll figure out together what’s missing.
When does the clock start?
Once we have everything: photos, texts or information, and access. At signing, you receive the list of material to provide. After that, a Showcase site shows a first version in under 48 hours and is finished in under a week; a Business site is ready in 10 business days. The timeline is confirmed in writing.
How does payment work?
In two parts: 50% at signing, 50% before the site goes live. For example, for Business: $850 at the start, $850 when the site is ready, plus taxes. Nothing after.
Do I have to take the English version?
No. We start in French. If you also want English, the same pages are included at no extra cost: up to 10 per language with Business, and 20 per language with Expansion.
And after the first year?
You choose. We keep taking care of your site (12-month contract, from $29 a month + taxes), or we hand you your files and you host it elsewhere. The site is yours either way.
What if my project goes beyond the package?
We prepare a tailored quote for additional pages, an online store, special forms or integrations. The scope and the price are agreed on before any work begins.
The quote specifies which pages are original and which are built from a template, who provides the texts and who approves the translations, the rounds of revisions, the limits of maintenance and any subscription to a booking tool.
